Beef burger with Cauliflower Bun

Ingredients

· One medium Cauliflower

· 14 oz/ 396 grams ground beef

· ½ cup parmesan cheese

· 2 eggs

· 1/2 tsp onion powder

· 1/2 tsp garlic powder

· 1/2 tsp sesame seeds

· olive oil

· Lettuce leaves

· Onion slices

· Sliced tomatoes

· Ketchup or any sauce

· salt and black pepper


Preparation

Step 1:

Set oven to 425 and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Now, add grated cauliflower, cheese, and eggs to a bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste and mix well.


Step 2:

Make patties with the cauliflower mixture and place them on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 25 minutes.


Step 3:

Now make beef patties and season them with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add oil and cook these for 4 minutes on each side in a pan.


Step 4:

Now assemble your burger to your liking and your high protein diet-friendly burgers are ready to eat.
