Beefsteak with corn salad

Ingredients

· Beed steak (8 ounce/ 226 grams)

· ¼ Red onion

· ½ Tomato

· ½ green chili

· ½ cup boiled corn

· Parsley

· Salt & pepper

· Lemon juice

· Olive oil

Preparation

STEP 1:

Add olive oil to a non-stick pan and heat it for some time. Pat dry the beefsteak and season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2:

Add beef to the pan and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side. Wait until it is cooked. Remove from stove and place in a plate.

STEP 3:

Chop onion, tomatoes, and chilies and add in a medium bowl: mix corn, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. You can also add cucumber if you like it.

STEP 4:

Top the beef steak with corn salad. Enjoy your healthy meal.
