Carrot Egg Salad

Ingredients

· Carrots chopped 1 cup

· ½ tbsp Parmesan cheese

· 2 boiled eggs

· Boiled peas half cup

· Lemon juice

· Parsley

· Salt & pepper

Preparation

STEP 1:

Boil the carrots for 10 minutes.

STEP 2:

Add carrots, boiled eggs, peas, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add in cheese and mix well. Your diet-friendly salad is ready.
