About the Recipe

It's the perfect cozy drink to lose weight and stay fit on those cold winter days.

Ingredients

· 2 cups Apple juice

· 1-2 cinnamon sticks

· 1-2 cloves

· 1 sliced orange

· Lemon slices

· 1 tbsp brown sugar/ honey

· 1-liter water

Preparation

STEP 1:

Add cinnamon sticks and cloves to a spice bag and place in crockpot.

STEP 2:

Add apple juice, water, orange slices, lemon, and honey to the pot. Stir and cover.

STEP 3:

Cook for 2 hours on low heat. Serve it warm. You can drink this all day long to stay fit.
