About the Recipe

Whether you’re trying to pull a grand breakfast of a swift dish, this frittata recipe is a sure-fire way to brighten up your day with the creamy textures and breath-taking aromas.

Ingredients

· Black pepper

· 7 eggs

· ¼ cup of milk

· ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese grated

· 1 tbsp. of olive oil

· ½ tsp dried oregano

· ½ tsp of salt

· Basil leaves to garnish

· 5 - 6 cups of spinach leaves

· ¼ tsp of garlic powder

· ½ cup of feta cheese with extra for topping

Preparation

Step 1:

Preparation

Whisk both the feta and parmesan cheese, milk, oregano, black pepper, and eggs. As you do this, preheat the oven.

Next, use an oven-safe pan to prepare the spinach with some oil. Drizzle some salt and garlic then let it cook for 4 – 5 minutes.

Oven: 400 degrees F

Step 2:

Cooking

Cook until the bottom of the mixture is slightly brown and stiff. This will take 6 – 8 minutes. Finish by baking for 12 minutes or until the crust has become crispy and brown.

Remove then leave to rest for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 3:

Serving

You can serve fresh while slightly warm.
