Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients
· ½ cup unsweetened milk
· 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
· 1 cup baby spinach
· 1 cup banana slices
· ½ cup pineapple chunks
· 1 tbsp honey
· 1 tbsp-soaked chia seeds
Preparation
STEP 1:
Add almond milk to the blender.
STEP 2:
Add yogurt, spinach, banana, chia seeds, pineapple, and honey.
STEP 3:
Mix well and serve cold. Your healthy smoothie is ready.
