Working late through the night? No need to fret. This simple gluten-free recipe is delicious, requires less time to prepare, and is perfect for a spicy food lover!

Ingredients
· Bunch of chopped green onions
· 500g/ 17 oz. of sliced steak
· 1 tsp of salt
· 3 ½ cups buds of broccoli
· Sesame seeds
· 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
· 1/3 cup of water
· 1 tsp of red pepper
· ½ cup of coconut aminos
· 1/5 tsp of black pepper
· ½ tbsp. of arrowroot starch
· 1 tsp of ground ginger
· 4 crushed garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1:
Preparing the steak
Take the garlic, salt, pepper, and ginger then use them to marinate the steak.
On a hot pan, cook both sides of the steak till golden brown, remove, then place it on a plate.
Approximately: 5 – 7 minutes
Step 2:
The Stir Fry Sauce & Broccoli
Whisk some oil, arrowroot starch, pepper, and coconut amino thoroughly.
On the pan you had prepared the steak; add the broccoli then some water. Cook to retain a slight crunchy texture.
Estimated time: 5 Minutes to cook the broccoli
Step 3:
Serving
Add the steak back to the pan, then stir fry sauce. Let the sauce thicken as it simmers for 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately then enjoy when hot.
