About the Recipe
This piquant kale salad has some lime, cheese, and garlic. Its flavor will entirely change depending on how you prepare your kale!

Ingredients
· Black pepper
· ½ a clove of garlic
· Croutons
· 3 tbsps. of olive oil
· 1 squeezed lemon
· ¼ tsp of salt
· 7-8 Oz of kale
· ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese grated
· ⅛ tsp of red pepper
Preparation
Step 1:
Preparation
With the kales washed and destemmed, chop them into small slices.
Drizzle some salt over the garlic then crush it into a paste. Next, take the flakes of red pepper, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil and mix thoroughly together with the garlic.
Step 2:
Serving
Add the kales, the lemon juice and toss to mix.
Serve with the croutons.
