MATT BARRACK

"Born and raised in Rockville, MD, I grew up playing sports and spending time at racetracks with my father, a semi-professional race car driver and performance driving instructor. After high school, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Mortarman with the 1st Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team (F.A.S.T.). Post-service, I explored various trades before discovering my passion for fitness in 2005, earning my first personal training certification. Over the past 20 years, I’ve studied anatomy, movement, strength training, and injury recovery, earning multiple certifications, including Functional Movement Systems and Advanced TRX. For nine years, I coached at Hilton Head Health, leading the residential fitness program for clients ranging from athletes to those facing significant weight challenges. My approach combines expertise, mindset coaching, and personalized programming to create lasting transformations."
